BMG cooperates with MOXY for manufacturing medical devices having high-resolution complex, fibrous structures by providing MOXY’s 3D printers with bioabsorbable BioDegmer polymers such as PLLA, PCL and PGLA. They are tuned for the printers and performances of the 3D-printed products.

We exclusively accept prototyping and manufacturing requests for medical device and regenerative medicine applications using MOXY’s 3D printing technology. We offer custom products by providing total support from material selection, design, modeling to evaluation to meet the needs of researchers and developers.

3. Prototyping

We fabricate prototypes using BioDegmer polymers and MOXY's high-resolution 3D printers.

Upon request, we can provide support for physical property evaluations and cell culture tests.

5. Expanding to joint R&D/mass production

Based on the evaluation results of prototyping, we are ready to proceed to academic/industrial joint research and/or mass production.
