CryoBov for Embryo

CryoBov for Embryo is a mixture of CPLL, ethylene glycol and propanediol. The product slows freezing (direct method) of bovine embryos by adding 20% serum
according to the protocol.
Feature

- This product is a CPLL solution containing carboxylated polylysine for freezing bovine fertilized embryos.
- Aseptic testing confirms that there is no bacterial or fungal contamination.
- This product can be stored stably at 2-10℃ for a long period of time ( Shelf life: 2 years ).
Example

The fertilized embryos were frozen, stored in liquid nitrogen for at least one week, and used for transplantation. Intracytoplasmic fertilized embryos were frozen in conventional preservation solution and in a new method using CryoBov for Embryo preservation solution, and were tested on Black Japanese and Holsteins. Pregnancy was evaluated 40 to 50 days after implantation to confirm conception rate.
The conception rate evaluated in 81 Japanese Black cattle (31 by the conventional method and 50 by the new method) was 29.03% by the conventional method and 50.00% by the new method. The conception rate evaluated in 61 Holsteins from internally fertilized embryos collected from Japanese Black cattle was 33.33% by the conventional method and 39.53% by the new method, confirming that the use of CryoBov for Embryo increases the conception rate.
